DESCRIPTION:Luminosity is an important quantity for the LHC experiments\,
needed for most physics analyses including precision SM measurements and B
SM searchers. With the increasing LHC datasets the precision on the SM mea
surements starts to be affected by the luminosity uncertainty.  For this
reason\, the CMS experiment uses a broad set of luminosity detectors (lumi
nometers) to drive down this uncertainty. In this talk\, the different lum
inometers will be described as well as the calibration method. Results wil
l be shown for the different datasets in Run 1 and 2\, as well as plans fo
 r Run 3 and the HL-LHC.\n\nhttps://indico.fis.cinvestav.mx/event/704/
