Time-like hadron form factors from functional methods (Dr. Ángel Miramontes, UMSNH)

America/Mexico_City
Description

In future experiments, hadronic time-like form factors will be measured to an unprecedented precision, then, a thorough understanding of form factors near the resonances are of considerable theoretical interest. Motivated by the future measurements, in this talk we present a calculation of the kaon form factor in the time-like regime, which is saturated by the phi(1020) resonance, employing the Bethe-Salpeter and Dyson-Schwinger framework. In order to capture the correct behavior in the time-like region, we will make use of a recent calculation of the quark-photon vertex, where a Beyond Rainbow-Ladder truncation was implemented to include the presence of intermediate resonances in the interaction kernel.
